[webkit-help] Video don't work on tablet

Hello everyone,

I made a website and he don't work properly on tablet, especialy the video
I put in banner of the website (http://auto-ineterior66.com/realisations/).
On the browser chrome for android the video isn't play but on firefox yes.
It's the same thing on the ipad mini. I try with the Samsung Galaxy Tab E
and the video he don't play, I just have a picture at the place.

Do you konw what's happen ? And how can I fix that ?

I made the website with the cms WordPress 4.8.2, and I don't use any plugin
to display the video. I just put the tag html video in the file header.php
of the theme.
